You can place an order by uploading your club or association logo through our website. Once uploaded, we'll create a personalized product page for your club where members can order customized apparel.

We offer a wide range of clothing including shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, tracksuits, and caps. All items are available in various sizes and qualities for both men and women.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. Our service is designed to cater to clubs of all sizes, allowing members to order as many or as few items as they need.
Can I see a preview of the customized products before ordering?
Yes, after you upload your logo and we set up your personalized page, you and your members can view a preview of the products with your logo on them before making a purchase.
What is the turnaround time for receiving our orders?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 days from the date of order placement.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on the delivery location and the size of the order. These details will be provided at the checkout.
Can we return customized items if they are not satisfactory?
Yes, there is a return policy in place.
What happens if my order is misprinted, damaged, or defective?
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
What if my order gets lost in transit?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
How can we modify or cancel an order?

How do we handle the rights to use logos and designs?
By uploading a logo, your club grants us the permission to use it for creating customized apparel exclusively sold on our website. You can withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us, and we will cease to use the logo within 5 days of notification.
